Circa 1997, Concept visualization and design studies of various commercial and residential developments. The 1995 Octagon Castle, top, is a modular structure design of factory produced sections assembled in the field. Featuring environment, bitmap and 3D accessory elements, it was no small feast rendering in those days ;-)
